Nelson Family | Snoqualmie Falls

My first inclination was to avoid scheduling any sessions for the 4th of July holiday weekend...but when Natalee called wanting to meet up how could I resist??

This family has been such a joy to work with over the last couple of  years, I feel like I've watched the kids grow up right before my eyes.  That's that thing about being a family photographer, year after year I get to catch up and spend time with the family...and sometimes I get to meet the cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents!  They become more than clients ~ I feel like I am cheering them on when I hear about the accomplishments that the kids have made, the job changes, the big moves, the fun vacations. In the letters I send to clients I write "thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your family" and I truly mean it.

The Nelson family has so much joy, every interaction with each other is silly, affectionate, tender and meaningful.  I really am so blessed to have had the chance to know them.
