Taylor | At Home

Okay. So this post is the equivalent to an instagram selfie, so consider yourself warned.This is what happens in the off season. All the family clients called and squeezed their sessions in just before Christmas card season, its still too cold for the Seniors, and newly engaged couples are just finishing up booking you for their Summer weddings. Mommy photographers (and you know who you are) grab our camera's and start clicking away at the first things that move. If you have small children, or pets, they become the unsuspecting targets of these impromptu photo sessions. At least I'm willing to admit it, January and February is slow. I mean S-L-O-W for me; and thats okay since Photography is only a part time gig right now.On another note...these images (of Taylor) were taken over three separate days. He is starting to talk now...words include; apple, juice, no, where (momma) go, all gone, night night, down, momma, dadda, bye, hi, car, bird, bow wow (dog), please, thank you, goerge (as in Curious George).  But most of the time he is just chattering away and its complete gibberish  so don't go thinking he is a genius child or anything. BUT Its really cute to hear his little voice as he pieces together the sounds of words. And as his mother, I must admit that I am pretty proud of my little boy.Oh.  The other thing (not included in this post) are his award winning tantrums.  Yeah.So, lets collectively sigh at his overwhelming adorableness, and roll our eyes at the overly-proud mom.Our dog, Toby, looks older and older every day.  Taylor sure gives him a run for his money...
