Weekend Away || Tacoma Film Photographer

This last year has brought about so many changes for our family.  Shaun in his second year of school, finishing his internship in Gig Harbor and starting the application process for  School Administration jobs. I was laid off in the fall and began focusing full time on being a photographer, being the best mommy to Taylor, and co-hosting a photography workshop in the next two weeks (www.madetocreatepnw.com). We don't get much time away and alone, so we look forward to our yearly weekend away in Long Beach. Over the weekend we soak in as much time as we can just begin together and exploring the Oregon Coast. We stayed at the fun and fabulous Adrift Hotel in Long Beach, Washington.

Most of the images were taken with my Nikon d610, however several were also taken with a Canon Canonet 2B my friend let me borrow.  I ran a roll of Fuji Superia 400 just for fun - I really liked trying out  a Rangefinder for the weekend!
