Beth explained to me that I would not be able to take a photo doing the "serious face"...and it was true...every time I asked her for "serious" or "contemplative" or "deep in thought" she would burst out laughing like I had just told the funniest joke she had ever heard!While I did feel validated in thinking I was funny I had to remind myself that Beth has a natural God given JOY in everything she does.  She has much to be proud of as she is headed to Cornell University in the fall.  Beth ~ I wish you all the best in your adventures.  It was a gift to be able to spend an afternoon capturing a small piece of who you are.
