I was having this discussion about Senior Portrait photography the other day with a friend of mine. We started talking about the photoshop "epidemic" that we are seeing with senior portrait photography. There is a trend towards unreal perfection for seniors that is unattainable in real life. Don't get me wrong, I've been known to remove a blemish or two when needed, but my goal is that the ladies (and gentlemen) still look like themselves when I am done retouching the images.  Okay, I'll step down off my soapbox here!

My hope is for authenticity when working with clients.  Darci was nothing but authentic and I really loved her for that!!   She choose a great venue for her session.  If  you've never been out to Rock Creek Gardens I encourage you to go and explore!
