Gourley Family | An Elegant Celebration of 50 years in Tacoma
I can’t tell you how sweet it was to be a part of this elegant 50th Anniversary party! It is an amazing testimony to Barry and Susan and their commitment to each other through every season of life to get to celebrate together. Nestled in with dear family and friends in an intimate backyard party complete with amazing food, drink, and a live band this crowd partied in style! I love that Susan had her dress beautifully preserved and on display for her guests to see, along with wedding photos from their day in 1973. They even invited their original wedding party to the event to reconnect and celebrate all that life has blessed the family with over the years. Events like this are so fun to be a part of and I’ll always be up for documenting the legacy and history that 50 years of marriage means to our community.
This event involved an amazing local event planner, Jordan Moll Events and this wasn’t my first time working with her team. Every time I get the opportunity to work with local vendors I love the connection that I’m able to make. The creative community in Tacoma is such a supportive and sweet one that I truly feel blessed to be a part of.
