Rushane Family

This last summer we had some amazing weather - like mind blowing, reach for the cool drink heat and blue skys.  And the golden hours were just breath taking...but there was ONE day where the sky clouded up, there was thunder, lightening and torrential downpours.  And that just happened to be the day that I had scheduled for the Rushane family.  Folks were in from out of town so we couldn't reschedule so we made the best of the situation and had some fun! I want to applaud this family for being such troopers in the rain with all the young kids,  But I just keep thinking about how these are when memories are made.  The "less than ideal" situation becomes a story told at family gathers that turns into family folklore as the years pass and old photos are remembered once again after flipping through old albums.
