Jake & Jessica Worthen | Tacoma Wedding

My cousin got married...I cried like a baby...they had three years supply of sugar and candy for their guests and danced late into the night. It was a good, good day for everyone involved!

Now, Ive been involved in a fair share of weddings but there was something so different about this one (and it wasn't just because it was my very own sweet cousin who got married...), there was such a sense of community and connection throughout the day.  Moments between friends, gentle touches and hugs between family, bright smiles behind tears of all who knew the couple.   I loved watching all Jessica's bridesmaids care for her and genuinely desire to bless her.  I appreciated that Jakes groomsmen didn't give me a bad time about teasing them and making them get "snuggly" with the ladies on their arms.  This crew loved to party...in fact the dancing carried on well after Jake and Jessica left!!
